Returns or order cancellation
Order Cancellation
You may be able to cancel any order as long as the order status is “in process” and two hours after placing your order. If order status is “Complete”, it cannot be cancelled. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
Items that are advertised “as is,” “discontinued item,” “clearance” are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Returns
Exchanges are free and returns in case of print errors or construction malfunction, and it will be refunded in the original method of payment.
In case if you noticed* any color difference, visual errors on the print that made from file delivered by you or a design concept that was confirmed by you. This situation don’t apply to exchange and returns for free.
In this case, any reprint made will be extra charged.
To initiate an exchange or a return, please email info@rollupmaster.ee that includes your order number (starts with #…..), the condition of your merchandise, and reason for return.
